The World is Moving Mobile are you Moving or Standing?
June 3, 13
by Jeffrey Gitomer

When The Who recorded the song Going Mobile in 1971, they had no idea what the future held, nor that they were the predictors of it.

They thought going mobile was all about being on the road, and maybe flying on an airplane. But today, going mobile means a whole lot more.

Any business today that isn’t going mobile is going backwards.
Any business today that isn’t going mobile is losing to a competitor that is.
Any business today that isn’t going mobile is admitting their failure to see the PRESENT.

• How good is your mobile app? Does it serve the customer, or just you? Where’s the value? Can I easily get what I want? Can I pay easily? Can I schedule a service appointment? Make a comment? Can I also call you and get right to a human?
• Is all of your training and product instruction/information downloadable? Your manuals?
• How easy is it for people to read your message? What’s the format? Is it made-for-mobile, or just a poor adaptation of your blog or website?
• Size matters. (The size of type, that is.) Why not subscribe to your own posts and see. If I need to adjust the size, tell me how to view it in mobile

Review on Wayne Ens
On May 29, 2013

Being a marketing and advertising agency, we are forever researching and following marketing trades.  Today we had the pleasure to attend “Winning in the New Economy with Wayne Ens” presented by Blackburn Radio.  I found the seminar very engaging and informative.

It was attended by over 80 business owners.  What this demonstrates to us is that even though businesses are adjusting their marketing and branding daily there is always something new to learn and use to help better position themselves in the market.

There are many statements Ens touched upon.  I would like to share his equation:  Share of Voice = Share of Mind = Share of Market.  What percentage of market share does your business have and why is this important.

It is important because having your business top of mind is key so that when a potential client is in need of your product or service they think of you.  This is achieved by properly branding your businesses position. Your ultimate goal is getting them to know and understand what you offer before they need you.  It is instilling the proper perceived value of your product and service.  How is this achieved?

This is achieved through letting intrusive media guide the ship while fueling your passive media. It is important to differentiate your busine

Customer Service- The benefits of Going Above and Beyond
On May 28, 2013
The Importance of Customer Service before, during and after the sale.

A lot of companies are good at the before and during but fall short with the after. We can all benefit from examining how we can improve on the after. It is very important to stay in touch with your clients.  Making sure they are satisfied with your product our service.  This will strengthen customer loyalty along with many other benefits that we will touch upon.

By staying in touch with your clients you remain top of mind. A phone call, e-mail, newsletter or card goes a long way.  It means you have taken time out of your busy schedule to check and see how they are doing and if there is anything you can do to help them.  Something that you should get in the habit of is setting aside time in your schedule to appreciate the clients you have. This goes back to Pareto 80/20 rule.  By taking care of the clients you currently have your relationship will grow and it will make it easy to refer business to one another. The client will also continue doing business and explore different ways that your company can service them.

There are a lot of industries that thrive off of referral business. When you have a satisfies client they would be more than happy to pass leads your way. Ask us how you can increase you [...]
Can You Afford to Miss Out on Today's Exploding Technology?
On May 13, 2013
In business we are always looking to stand out and be above the competition.  Companies across many industries are using mobile websites to keep their products and services at the fingertips of their consumers. As of December there was a total of 634 million website on the World Wide Web. http://news.netcraft.com/archives/2012/03/05/march-2012-web-server-survey.html.

You have 8 seconds to get the attention of your customer. Your website needs to: Upload quickly, have easy to use mobile navigation, limited scrolling, contain quick links and a call now buttons. If the user gets annoyed they will move on to an easier to navigate website and go to your competitor.

Responsive web design (RWD) is a web design approach aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Responsive_web_design.

A recent survey of mobile users conducted by Google found that 72 percent of mobile users say it is important to them that websites are mobile friendly, yet 96 percent have visited a site that doesn’t work well on their device.  If your company isn’t strengthening your relationships with a [...]
