Digital Media
Mark Campbell, President and Creative Director, Digital Media

Having worked for 6 years in the E-Learning field, he was the recipient of numerous awards, including one for the Jeep Liberty Launch Kit. He also developed interactive kiosks and applications for General Motors, Sears, X-Box, Chrysler and golf legend Jack Nicklaus.

Mark later accepted a position as Senior Interactive Designer with BBDO Windsor. During his 5-year tenure with the Agency of Record for Chrysler Canada, he was part of the team that brought the development and maintenance of Chrysler’s brand web sites (Dodge.ca, Chrysler.ca, Jeep.ca, Mopar.ca) in-house. He also had the opportunity to develop high-profile vehicle launch initiatives in support of the new Dodge Avenger, Dodge Caliber and Dodge Magnum. While at BBDO Windsor, Mark taught HTML and Website design to Graphic Arts students at St. Clair College for 3 years. Eventually, Mark combined his award-winning skills with his entrepreneurial spirit to form his own agency, opening Digital Media in 2003.

Since then, Digital Media has designed and created more than 200 websites, including the online home of the two-time Memorial Cup Champion Windsor Spitfires and the Windsor Crossings shopping outlet. Mark and his team have created countless custom business logos, including the John McGivney Children’s Centre along with complete branding for this renowned facility.

Another noteworthy project involved the illustration of 25 new car-washing products for Mallory Industries, which helped them to win the coveted ArmorAll account. In 2009, Mallory won Walmart’s vendor of the year award for this product line.

Mark keeps pace with constantly changing technology by taking courses in Databases and Dynamic Web Design, The Science and Art of Effective Web and Application Design, 3d Studio Max, and Visual Literacy in Illustration at The Center for Creative Studies in Detroit.

Always eager to give back to the community he calls home, Digital Media donates a website and promotional graphics every year to the 6 Great Charities gala. Digital Media has also developed and donated an auction website, with proceeds going to the Mickey Renaud Fund. For the past 5 years, Mark has given his time to the South Western Ontario Industry Education Counsel as a mentor for English as a second language. He also volunteers to provide grade 12 students with resumé building tips and career advice. He can be found helping out at the Town of LaSalle’s Business Associations Soup kitchen, is a Rotarian and the current President of the Windsor BNI (Business Network International). And somehow on top of all that, he’ll find time to meet with you to discuss how Digital Media can help grow your brand, too.
